Returna & Exchange
At Tender Care, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the products you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer flexible exchange, return, and refund options subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Returns
You may return products within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@tendercares.co.uk with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to send the item back to us.
2. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at info@tendercares.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the item. We will process the exchange and cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@tendercares.co.uk.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines.
- Health and personal care items once opened or used.
5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless otherwise specified).
