Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations
Tender Care currently ships products worldwide. We aim to deliver our products to as many countries as possible. Please note that shipping availability may vary based on the product and destination. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the weight/size of the products ordered. The estimated delivery time will also be displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and subject to change based on the shipping carrier's schedule and unforeseen circumstances.
- Standard Shipping: 6-8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
- International Shipping: 10-12 business days
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for your delivery during peak periods.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
5. International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will vary based on the destination. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Tender Care is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order upon delivery. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at info@tendercares.co.uk for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your order and resolve the issue.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping restrictions, certain products may not be available for delivery to all locations. If an item cannot be shipped to your address, you will be notified during the checkout process.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item or your order is missing products, please contact us immediately at info@tendercares.co.uk with your order details and photos of the damaged item(s). We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on the circumstances.
10. Incorrect Shipping Information
Tender Care is not responsible for orders that are lost or undelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout.
